Darkness

In the darkness dwells old evil and the deeper they progressed into this realm, the stronger she felt the presence of it. When they arrived in the Hall of the Dragonlords they found what remained of what once was a glorious and lightflooded place - in the ruins, the spirit of Grukamahr had corrupted the soul of Shri'mehra the last of the jade dragons of Amenar who had turned insane in the lonelyness. Instantly the marvelous beast charged around the corner but the Deathdealer simply didn't care, he charged forth fearless while she called the Grace of the Godess, shielding him from the icey flame, the two forces just before the first impact and a long epic battle was about to begin.

Done this as a speed for Frank Frazzetas 80st birthday when Imagine FX asked me to make a sketch for him, I immediately agreed to contribute. To do this for one of my childhood heroes was an unexpected gift and I wish i knew that earlier and had less to do in the studio. But then, it was fun to do it and the fact i could give back something to someone who gave me so much was just great. This is a Tribute to one of the greatest Fantasy artists alive, hope you like the speedy too, enjoy

Deathdealer is a character by Frank Frazzeta and this is tribute to his work.

Leaving the stronghold of Melemac

Artist's Comments
Leaving the Stronghold of melemac
When the 3 left the stronghold of melemac, the two dwarfs were discussing how much met it may take to shape a dwarfs body to it's full gracefulness, and of course, the elvish archer was amused. The sun was just rising and a swarm of red cloudriders stroke down into the forrest as if they would give the sky's blessings as well for this journey. Yes, it was a good day.

this is dedicated to my xneighbours dwarfpriest, and his legendary battlesheep "Ghal Ac Tikah" (lol 3/4 health down... did you fall of your sheep?)... k, nuf sheepjokes , a rather sheeped piece in general made for imaginefx#20's topic inspiration i supported Henning with - Pixelbrush crewrun, let's sort this out.
Compositionwise, of course, the elf just served as contrast to support the gracefulness and elegance of a dwarvish apearance and the sheep simply was fun to paint. As for the stronghold, i was walking through my garden and a piece of wood let me start the piece, so far, it simply was a good day and i caught it for the feature. sooo... a fun piece done in little time to make you smile and i hope you enjoy it too.
She was the greatest dancer of her time, he was the mightiest man of his era.
Their destiny was written before they were born. She was living a life she didn't choose, and the only moments
she enjoyed freedom were when she was dancing. Even thought he rules her, owns her, dominates her, he can not please her.
All his might is useless, her heart and soul always will be free.
The magical avatar, snake symbolizes her unbreakable pride. She was born to serve his godly majesty, born to please a godking.
